Ray Byrne is a Vice President at Beall Research. He has extensive research experience from both client- and consultant-side, giving him a uniquely broad perspective to deliver meaningful results for clients. He has conducted research across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and consumer durables. Ray specializes in research related to product development, concept/product/pricing optimization, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.

Ray received his MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a concentration in market research, and received his Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Champaign-Urbana.

Ray enjoys Chicago all year round, but particularly in the summer where he can cheer on his beloved Chicago Cubs and visit the many local neighborhood festivals. He’s a life-long Chicagoan – happy to be consulted by non-Chicagoans about deep dish pizza, Italian beef, and “dibs”
